Ahead of the Hejaz Ultra Overload in December, we are launching a series of training in the sand. Running in the sand requires 50 to 100% more efforts than running on a flat, hard surface. Even if you are not planning to take part in Overload, running in the sand will be a fantastic strength and endurance training. You will need 2L of water in your hydration pack. hat/buff/sunglasses/ gaiters (homemade or RaidLight available on our Oryx.FIT e-store )
